This tool provides a fast and simple way to drill safety wire holes in the HEAD as well as the BODY of AN bolts, and studs. Works with all Hex Head, Allen Head, and Cap Head bolts from size 3/16" to 5/8".

Special design enables you to drill safety wire holes through the head of bolts or through nuts, across the diagonal. Accepts up to 3/4 inch diameter nuts and bolts. Drills 1/16" hole.

Designed to let you drill safety wire holes in bolts on center without damage to the bolt or drill. Just thread the bolt to the required depth and drill through the 1/16" pilot hole. Works with: #8, #10, 1/4", and 5/16" in both UNC and UNF threads.
