This tool is a razor scrapper which also includes a set of non-marring blades. The razor scrapper is effective for removing decals, tail numbers, warning placards, and other markings which must be scrapped off on painted surfaces. The non-marring blade does a similar job but will not damage painted or plastic surfaces. You get the best of both worlds with one tool.
