On page 9-99 of the RV14 plans, between #6 & #7 there is a NOTE to taper the pilot of a #40 countersink cutter per figure 4 to aid in the countersinking of the holes in the angled trailing edge wedge. We now offer a #40 countersink cutter with the pilot

For #10 AN Screws. Similar to pop dimpler, but uses and allen screw to apply force. Each size comes with male & female die, allen screws and nuts and allen wrench.

Spring back dimple dies are precision CNC machined from aircraft quality heat treatable stainless steel & heat treated to Rockwell C42/46. Spring back angles on both dies make a superior dimple.
